The Company processes a series of personal data of the Users, when they use the Company's Services.

1. What data do we process?

1.1. Data You Provide Directly

When you create a User account, you must provide us with a set of data, such as: first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number.

In the event of commercial relations (payment for publishing an announcement), additional information must be provided for issuing the tax invoice: the name of the commercial company and the registered office address, in the case of legal entities.

We may also store information we receive from you, such as: as a result of requests sent via email or chat, or when you communicate through the Site with other Users, as well as information regarding your saved announcements.

1.2. Data collected or generated by the Company as a result of your interaction with the Site

We log information about how you use the Site, such as when and/or how you visit or use the Services offered by the Company, including how you use the Site (e.g., what types of announcements you have viewed).

In addition to personal information, our systems automatically collect a range of anonymous information that helps us better understand how the Site is used and how we can improve our Services. This data includes the IP address of the computer you use to access the Site, the operating system used, the browser software used, the time spent on the Site, pages visited, contacted announcements, etc.

We also use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you and your devices. We also allow other individuals to use cookies. The way we use these technologies is described in the Cookies Policy.

1.3. Data obtained from third parties

We receive information about your visits and interaction with services provided by other entities when you visit the services of other providers that include advertisements, cookies, or similar technologies.

2. Why do we process your personal data?

Below we will inform you about the purposes for which we collect and process your personal data, as well as the legal basis for data processing.

2.1. Use of Services by Users

If you want to enjoy all the facilities offered by the Site, you must create a User account. The User account allows you to access a range of Services dedicated to registered Users, such as uploading announcements, saving favorite announcements, communicating with other Users, receiving announcements and alerts related to published real estate announcements, etc.

In the case of personal data of User representatives (legal entities), we have a legitimate interest in properly conducting our contractual relationships with our clients who are legal entities. The rights and interests of individuals (e.g., representatives of corporate Users) are not harmed because, from the perspective of the corporate client, the processing is necessary in the context of the employment/collaboration relationship they have with the individuals whose data is provided / associated with the User account (legal entity).

2.2. User relationship management and support

We process a range of personal data to manage relationships with Site Users, for instance, when they contact us with various questions or requests regarding functionalities, malfunctions, or errors.

Also, as part of support services and User relationship management, we can be contacted and we may contact Users by phone as well.

We may record phone calls with Users. Recording calls helps us manage our internal operations within the relevant department. Additionally, these recordings may be used to verify how User requests were resolved or in the event of potential litigation/disputes related to the management of our activity in relation to the Users. The recording will only be made if we have the consent of the interlocutor.

2.3. Providing Service communications

Users may receive various communications from the Company related to the provision of Services (e.g., if the User has received a message from other Users, notifications regarding the views and/or clicks status of announcements posted by Users, etc.). We believe that our legitimate interest does not affect the rights and interests of data subjects because the communications are closely linked to providing the requested Services.

2.4. Providing commercial communications

We want to send you commercial communications (such as announcements about the sale, rent, or furnishing of homes), information about new Services offered by the Company, invite you to participate in surveys or respond to questionnaires, as well as communicate other similar information that we believe may be of interest to you. We will do this only after obtaining and based on your unequivocal consent.

Users can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. For instance, if you withdraw your consent for commercial communications, we will no longer be able to send you our offers, and you will no longer participate in our surveys and questionnaires.

Unsubscribing can be done specifically, using the unsubscribe link in the footer of the received email, or generically, from My Account on the Site, under the Settings section, where all existing subscriptions can be managed.

2.5. Analysis of your interaction with the Company to provide personalized offers, [including based on advanced analysis]

We may perform various reports, analyses, and statistical studies regarding the organized marketing campaigns and their success, or regarding the Company's sales activity.

In certain situations, we may use the information collected from you in combination with data we obtain from our sales and/or marketing teams regarding your interaction with the Company, to use in the context of our marketing communications. We want to streamline our marketing activity by offering our clients relevant and personalized products / services. All information used is in an anonymized format.

2.6. Analyses and statistics regarding Site operation, cookies, and similar technologies

We may use the personal data provided by Users or collected in the context of using the Services for the purpose of conducting analyses and statistics regarding our Services, including how the Site operates or how Services are offered. The analyses and statistics we conduct help us better understand how we could improve our Services or Site functionalities.

In conducting analyses and statistics, we also use cookies and other similar technologies in accordance with the Cookies Policy.

2.7. Connection through social networks

Users can log in or create an account via the Google plugin. When Users use this facility, we will use public data (e.g., first name, last name, profile picture, email address, phone number). The use of this data is necessary to create the User account. After creating the account, the user can go to My Account and delete the automatically retrieved information, except for those necessary to create the account (name, email address).

We have also implemented various interconnection mechanisms with social media pages, such as Facebook and Youtube, so that you have the opportunity to access more easily the content posted by us on our accounts associated with those social networks.

If you access the posted content or comment on those social networks, a set of public data from your profile on those social networks will also be transmitted to us by the operators of those social networks.

2.8. Defense of rights and interests in legal proceedings

For the establishment, exercise, or defense of a right in court or within a procedure before a court, an administrative procedure, or other official procedures in which the Company is involved. Thus, we can use the data both in a dispute between the data subject and the Company, or in the case of a dispute between Users or between the User and third parties, as a result of a potential violation of the rights of these third parties. The Company will use this data while minimizing access to it as much as possible and only at the express request of an authority entitled to request access to the data.

3. To whom do we disclose the data?

We may disclose your personal data to (i) entities and/or individuals authorized by us involved in providing the Services, including providing commercial communications (such as data center providers like Amazon, Google, etc., which have data centers in the European Union); (ii) other Users of the Site when you transmit your contact details or contact other Users through the communication mechanisms provided by the Site; (iii) if we have the obligation to disclose personal data for the purpose of complying with any legal obligation or decision of a judicial authority, public authority, or government body; or (iv) if we are otherwise required or permitted to do so under applicable law.

4. How long do we keep the data?

We keep your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, complying with internal data retention procedures, including applicable archiving rules.

Generally, User data is kept as long as they have a User account on the Site. Personal data will be deleted if the User requests the deactivation and deletion of the account, or after a period of 12 months from the date the User becomes inactive.

Certain User data (legal entities or individuals who access paid services) may be kept for the entire period provided by law for the archiving and preservation activity of financial-accounting documents.

Data related to cookies and similar technologies are kept according to the specific terms set for those technologies, the storage term being between the duration of the browsing session (for session cookies) and a duration of up to 2 years (for analysis cookies). 5. What rights do you have as a data subject?

According to the law, the following rights are recognized to you as a data subject:

  • a) Right of access

you can obtain confirmation from us that we process your personal data, as well as information on the specifics of the processing

  • b) Right to rectify data

you can request us to modify your incorrect personal data or, as applicable, to complete data that is incomplete.

  • c) Right to erasure

you can request the deletion of personal data when: (i) they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected and process them; (ii) you have withdrawn your consent for data processing and we can no longer process them on other legal bases; (iii) the data is processed contrary to the law; respectively (iv) the data must be deleted according to relevant legislation.

  • d) Withdrawal of consent and the right to object

you can withdraw your consent regarding data processing based on consent at any time. Also, you can object at any time to processing for marketing purposes, including profiling carried out for this purpose, as well as processing based on the legitimate interest of the Company, for reasons related to your specific situation.

  • e) Restriction

under certain conditions, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data

to the extent that we process data by automated means, you can request us, under the law, to provide your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. If you request this from us, we can transmit your data to another entity, if technically feasible.

Personal data is stored in the cloud, in encrypted databases to which access is limited and restricted.
